One of the best programs to manage projects.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike solves the difficulty of remembering when things need to be done and simplifies a to-do list. It is really beneficial to see what is happening in order to promote collaboration. Wrike is used to manage all projects and track changes. For example, if we want to propose an engineering change, we construct a template and submit it to stakeholders, who may examine it and agree or reject it. It automates most of the usage process, although some human fiddling is still required.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Wrike is one of the greatest apps I've ever used. Wrike lets you manage the workflow of different projects and informs you when tasks need to be completed. It greatly simplifies tasks involving several team members. The web-based interface makes it extremely simple to get started (no need to install software). Furthermore, it is simple to add people to the project (add them to the project with an email address). Wrike also handles change management: you can create a template that allows you to submit a change, alert stakeholders, and give them the option to approve or reject the proposed change.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes several hours of trawling around the Wrike website, modifying the query you're asking in the hopes of finding an example or a step-by-step list of how to achieve what you want. Wrike also makes changes to my widgets without my knowledge. For example, I'd have widgets I made for myself on my shared workspace, and Wrike would shift those widgets to my staff, but not preserve the settings I laid down for utilizing them. Similarly, even though I hadn't set it up, my team members' workspaces appeared.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before assigning Wrike to team members, consider how you want your workplace to appear, since a clean workspace is essential to ensure Wrike runs well. To guarantee that the system is up to date, you will also need to assess how efficient your equipment is. I'd suggest looking at what training Wrike has to offer for your group.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

A good project management platform
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike has a more traditional project management approach, with features like Gantt charts and customizable workflows. This makes it better suited for teams that need a more structured way to plan and execute their projects. Wrike also has a wider range of features, including task and resource management, time tracking, and integrations with other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is great, being able to see a project both as kanban, as a table, as a list, as a Gantt, and broken down by resources is fantastic. The simplicity with which the platform allows you to set up projects, dashboards, and reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Native Integrations are few, and the associated software to activate many of them is expensive and very difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wrike is well suited for enterprise use, and less suited for startup/ small businesses. It is a powerful project management tool to stay on task, communicate, share files, review progress, and record the work you and your department are contributing to the organization. As a VP or an executive, Wrike will give you visibility around project execution and organizational progress.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Efficient Service
- Acts with Integrity

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
So much easier to use than the competition because of its intuitive user interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is great, being able to see a project both as kanban, as a table, as a list, as a Gantt, and broken down by resources is fantastic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Takes a lot of trial and error to figure out how to organize, and time-based tracking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would absolutely recommend Wrike for project management -- having come from organizations relying on Excel and PowerPoint to try and track these kinds of things. What's really nice about Wrike is that you can have a standard playbook or set of tasks associated with a project, then it is easily applied across multiple instances -- in our case, customer implementation projects. I really like how it has timing built right into the product so that you know if something is due or late.
Pros
- Reliable
