What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike's kanban boards work better for my work
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is great, being able to see a project both as kanban, as a table, as a list, as a Gantt, and broken down by resources is fantastic
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have found that user buy-in can get bogged down by jargon, the difference between a "task," "project," and "folder."
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wrike is recommended for companies with similar and recurring projects
Pros
- Reliable
- Effective Service
- Inspires Innovation
- Caring

Project management tool saves time for everyone

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
We address team capacity concerns to ensure that team members have enough duties to keep them busy but not overburdened. Another advantage of Wrike is that it allows you to keep conversation focused on projects outside of an internal communication channel like Slack. Everything that the Project Manager want is visible and accessible to him. Because the data and dashboards are available for management to access and evaluate, there are seldom "didn't see it coming" situations. Being able to view the task status of 30 different individuals and without having to email/chat/call since alerts can do it for you in a work from home environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the option to set different tasks for my team to manage various sections of a linear process. I enjoy how it incorporates time management, project management, and team discussions into the assignment. How straightforward and easy it is to use and apply the application. Because the application makes viewing tasks and submitting them correctly incredibly simple, the Project Manager does not have to give unending user assistance. Push alerts to users with open tasks save time on follow-ups and allow users to complete work at their leisure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about the UI; it is straightforward and uncluttered. That's a bonus, the user/tester/contributor interfaces are really straightforward, so there's less huffing and puffing about "learning a new system to do a task".
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wrike is project management software that does more than other software. Very happy with our experience, two large HCM software integrations have been successfully handled with Wrike.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Wrike aligns teams for project success.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
First of all, Wrike does a good job to integrate with a diverse collection of third party applications, some of which are in use within my team. Taken advantage of these integration, we've successfully built workflow automations that cuts across the different business tools that we use in the course of day to day work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Wrike gets collaboration right. Task specific communication is a breeze on Wrike and our ability to centralize all project related communications and task in one location, makes collaboration and communication on any project we've managed using Wrike to be as easy as possible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wrike has mobile apps for both Android and ios. In both cases, I think the mobile apps are unintuitive for the most part and I basically struggle to manage or move tasks with this application. For me , Wrike is only at its best when used on a computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wrike's user friendly dashboard has impressed me the most. As a professional, I am forever going to favor ease of use , even above diverse feature-sets. In Wrike's case, it is easy to use and boasts a diverse feature-set that has simplified how projects are executed within my team.
