What do you dislike most about this product?

Speed: Wrike can be slow to load and upload or download files.

Wrike is a full-service tool. While many similar tools have good project management, tasks, etc., only Wrike has budget management, time entry, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use is unmatched. You are notified as soon as you are assigned to a project or task, or receive a comment regarding a project or task. Anyone at any level is able to access and see project status.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While there are templates for project set up, there are not for individual tasks which would be helpful with reoccurring things.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure your entire organization is on board ahead of implementation, and that usage is clearly defined (who enters tasks, notes, assigns projects, etc.)

Unlike many competitors that focus on a single aspect, Wrike providing a holistic suite of tools like Gantt charts, Kanban boards, resource management and real-time collaboration features. Wrike excels in its intuitive interface, robust customization options, visual planning and powerful reporting capabilities. IMO, Wrike's integration with various third-party applications and its commitment to ongoing updates and improvements solidify its position as a leading choice in the project management software market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My personal favorite aspect of Wrike is its Gantt chart functionality, which provides a clear visual representation of project timelines and dependencies and helps identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules accordingly. It breaks down complex projects into manageable tasks, assigning them to team members, tracking their progress in real time, and helps us to stay organized and on top of their deadlines. Its customizable dashboards and task management features helps tailor the platform to our specific needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not have any particular dislikes. However, as per my observation, Wrike has a plethora of features and it can sometimes feel overwhelming for smaller teams or those new to project management tools. The learning curve is a bit steeper than desired.
