Analytics. This becomes crucial in today's world. With AI having, the lack of extensive analytic reporting makes a biggest drawdown for this product

After five months with them, we haven't had a successful service implementation.

It is now five months later and we still don't have a functional product

They lie and communicate poorly to keep you on the hook with false promises.
