What differentiates Yext from other similar products?

Pricing is very good. Willingness to negotiate for smaller agencies was very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used YEXT for almost a decade and the familiarity of it is what I like best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time it takes to get third party vendors to fix listings. The treatment prior to signing was less frustrating post signing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Shop around. Check out companies like Birdeye who offer a lot of other robust capabilities if you can afford it. Yext is ideal for my business because of the pricing. But if you can commit a higher monthly guarantee, there are better options out there for your business.
