The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Yext from other similar products?
Breadth of publishers within their network, ease of data management and the speed at which information changes are propagated to their publisher network.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of data management. I am in this tool very frequently to make changes to our businesses and their information, Yext's platform makes it easy to look up data, make changes in bulk or to individual businesses and ability to support new data features (Yext is on top of GMB updates).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Accountability for data accuracy. Yext assumes their product's ability to propagate the accurate information within their platform is 100%, but the reality is that this is never the case. I do believe Yext has gotten better about this over the years (as I have worked with them for over 5 years), but there is room for improvement. The burden of checking for data accuracy and to some extent managing those changes will sometimes fall on the client, which for enterprise organizations can pose a significant cost/challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yext is an incredibly powerful tool and I have yet to see another competitor who is as effective at managing business data at scale across as large a network of publishers. I recommend users become very familiar with the platform, this will help you to best leverage the parts of the platform that excel and understand where the platform may fall short and require auditing. Overall I am very happy with Yext as an enterprise level user, however there are other similar tools which may be as effective and cheaper for a business with only a handful of locations (especially if the businesses' information rarely changes).
