What differentiates Yext from other similar products?
Location listings management, online reviews, and reporting are all in one easy-to-use platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer support is outstanding. Anytime I have a question or need assistance with something, I can always count on a quick, kind response from someone on their support team. The ability to edit listings and instantly reply to online reviews from one platform makes online reputation management a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not integrate any company review sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, etc. and cannot pull in reviews if there is no specified address like for a general company page.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company has more than even a few locations, consider the amount of time spent updating each location and logging into each site. Before long you may realize how much time you're wasting that could be spent in better ways. Check out a demo and see what's available.

Sometimes there are conflicting media on profiles, would like their team to leverage their connections to ensure the information is accurtate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your business has more than 10 locations this is a no brainer decision.

Very streamlined product, not too much time needed after onboarding a business

The ease of use
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the past few months, we have seen many of our contacts leave the company and we don't know who to contact. Seems the personal touch has gone and we now have to submit tickets for issues rather than reaching out to our customer success manager.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be aware that you will sometimes need to contact the partners, Google, Yelp, etc, directly as issues arise.
