I think the support and multitude of features is the biggest differentiator between Yext and other similar services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Listings is a must for any business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their are so many features that I don't think one person could ever master all of them alone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Run a listings accuracy scan and see how your current business is being viewed by a sampling of some of the most important directories, databases and search engines online. The listings scan is influential and paints a clear picture to help with decision making.
