What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Actually I liked Looker comparatively and the only point to choose Zoho Analytics is product cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product has great features but customisable had to be more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rows consumption is quick and has been charged additionally every time. I need to build numerous reports to create one dashboard, but it does not give the exact data. I need to create three tables for one report; it's such a waste of time. Data inaccuracy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a lot - anyways, it won't be built or enhanced. Every time, the team will say that they will reach out to the product or share the feedback with the product team but will not get any update or say NO after my following up a few times.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

It is local to India and also has a very friendly user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interactive features of the graphs itself and the way that the drive can be linked to the graphs (in case if there are changes in the numbers the graph gets updated automatically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had issues with my data suddenly disappearing from Zoho (even though the data was still present in the linked sheet). The problem was resolved when I refetched the data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would ask them to see the complexity of the work that needs to be done on Zoho. In my experience, my issues have not been resolved quickly. For someone needing quick solutions-this product may not be the best (unless IT support improves!)
