What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
Zoho is a really wide and flexible tool, and being able to count on different variants that work for us to correctly manage our work management is without a doubt a point in favor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like being able to count on a platform like Zoho Analytics, which completely helps us to create an exhaustive analysis of all our commercial data, takes it and manages it and molds it in such a way that it is possible to detail and visualize it in a better way to make decisions. more conscious focused on really boosting our business, avoiding as much as possible making mistakes by trying decisions that are not the indicated ones.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve is quite wide, it is a bit complicated to adapt the platform to what we need to do at the beginning, it takes a lot of time and work to understand how to configure everything. However, once that is achieved, we successfully achieve great analytical reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Analytics is a tool that without a doubt you will not know what you need, but it makes work easier and helps to manage all the information to be able to visualize it and present it in the best possible way. In the sales department we always need to have tools that help us analyze the market, in this way we guide our purpose most of the time to the right place.
