What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?
To remotely access co-workers' terminals, our company uses Zoho Assist, such as those in a different city than the headquarters, to provide remote assistance and help resolve any issues that may arise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the help of Zoho Assist, we were able to streamline our remote support for our coworkers, making it easier than ever to provide them with assistance when they needed it. We were also able to assist them in resolving issues with their equipment that were limiting their productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Using Zoho Assist causes a significant slowdown in my computer's response time and a noticeable increase in the amount of time it takes for other programs to complete their own tasks in the background.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To assist them in the event of an app crash or internet connection issue; With Zoho Assist, I can quickly and easily collaborate with coworkers by sharing the screen, transferring files, chatting, and even taking control of the computer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This helps organizations save a ton of money and effort, which they can use into expansion rather than managing various software systems. Furthermore, teams are able to collaborate and produce superior outcomes because to the well-integrated and user-friendly tools available across all platforms. This facilitates effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Zoho One provides access to a wide variety of software, it is not without drawbacks. These include bad customer service, a complicated setup process, exorbitant costs for adding new team members, and a dearth of distinctive features in comparison to free or low-cost alternatives.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
