The only ways to communicate with customers were through chat, phone, or meeting; however, I've heard that this is being worked on.

Attended and unattended zoho assit license both works very well. my favorite aspects in zoho assist are session recording and auditing, the console has MFA which adds extra layers of security.

What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?
This program is a cloud-based solution that allows us to have remote control of each of our company's systems. This program has incredible qualities and functions that make it easy for us to control and manage all the computers that are used for company projects, Zoho Assist is a fantastic program that allows us to have assistance and be a support for the operation of my work, in addition to having a direct and immediate interaction with each of the workers who control these machines by means of voy and video chats.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am very happy to have the help of this program, since it is possible that this is more practical and efficient to carry out the control and administration of technicians very satisfactorily, Zoho Assist is a program that has a long list of options to offer us the most complete work development, among my favorites are the possibilities of remotely assisting my entire system as well as the transfer of the multiple files of our work, that is to say that with the help of this program the productivity of my work does not stop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that this program is based on the cloud implies having a good internet so that it can be used without any problem, otherwise the program will not run its best version, what I mean is that the program can be very slow and it belies if the internet flow is not constant enough to respond to the demand for the software, the dependency is very high and even somewhat annoying, since it is not possible to enjoy its functions when there are no difficulties with the network.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Assist is one of the programs that will allow you to have a really complete connection with each of your company's computers. It becomes easier to manage through this means when a program offers you the ability to have live chats and recordings of this , as well as the inclusion of assistance, administrators and IT technical support, this program is one hundred percent recommended.
