Zoho Connect interface is frendly user and beautiful. It is an important value if you want to get visitors (employees) on a regular basis to follow corporative news and content.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's like a Sharepoint communication site, except it is beautiful out of the box and easier to feed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not that much things on roadmap and integration with Creator.

Try it! It's free! The mosts robust module or functionnality is the news feed.

It has many funcionalities and there is a holistic integrations with suite soho. If the organization is using zoho one, connect is a great plus.

Channels and chat are not so neccesary because organizations need a standard funcionality like offer Microsoft or Google.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider to use zoho one or a suite of products is a very good option. There are other products like people, desk and others that also could be used alone.
