It is, however, worth mentioning that Zoho Meeting stands out when it comes to interoperability with the entire Zoho family of applications. The data also suggests that Zoho Show presentations can be easily integrated, allowing for easy management of attendees through Zoho CRM and even using Zoho Forms for feedback purposes after the training. This ecosystem approach also helps in streamlining the work and data organization procedures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to Zoho Meeting, we are capable of conducting virtual training meetings; the staff increases its knowledge and use of relevant digital tools. The easy scheduling of the sessions accompanying the software’s simple installation enables users to start the session with ease. This flexibility is ideal for presenting new software or explaining a marketing concept and the step-by-step process of how it can be achieved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a negative aspect that is connected with the absence of breakout room option. If the training sessions include many participants, there is a possibility of dividing the participants into groups for the purpose of discussion or practice. At the moment, this means that the main session must be concluded, and several individual ones must begin instead.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can confidently state that our marketing team and, specifically, its members, have had a mostly positive experience using Zoho Meeting. It’s been applied for the regular skill-swapping meetings focused on SEO for beginners, complex social media promotion schemes, etc. The recording feature has been very useful to those who could not attend a live session between the team members.
