Honestly nothing but I have email already set up with Zoho so it made it simple and it was free. Easy to use and not another platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is really simple and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't feel the file transfer or chat are reliable to be fair.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Never go wrong with free.
