What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?
We use Zoho Projects to organize our work and stay on track. It's also simpler to pick up and use, and you can rely on its integration options to smoothly include programs like Google Workspace into your workflow. In addition, it takes less time to roll out templates and monitor tasks for our projects, allowing us to better keep tabs on our clients' projects and discuss the highlights of our work with them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Projects has a solid framework and an easy-to-navigate interface. A smartphone app, available for both iOS and Android, is also provided. It is not prohibitively expensive and is, in fact, rather cheap. There are Ghannt graphs and reports there as well. An intuitive calendar is included as well. It also works with Zoho Sheet and Zoho Docs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Language assistance and digital resources, Doesn't come with any sample documents. Divergent approach of managing resources. Boost the customer service team's assistance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since we use a Cloud-based system, we do not need to handle any sort of hard billing, so Zoho Projects is our go-to recommendation for monitoring all of the most important Project Management KPIs in real time. One of their most useful features for helping us manage our projects is the option to connect with other cloud-based collaboration platforms.
