What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?
For software deployments, we utilize Zoho Projects as our project management tool. We help businesses in these areas by providing services such as software tool discovery, design, implementation, and training. We utilize it to tell the customer of what they need to do and when, as well as to monitor their progress toward completion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The administration of services projects is fantastic. In this context, "problems" or "bug reports," "time monitoring," "critical pathways," "automatically generated Gantt charts," "resource usage," and so on all come into play. The building process may be challenging, but it is not impossible. I don't think it's a good match for manufacturing-related applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too Complicated: We're a smart group of techies who are completely green when it comes to managing projects. It was difficult to personalize Zoho without the aid of our CTO because to its many customization options and bad user interface. There are no canned layouts to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Projects has a strong foundation and an easy-to-use interface. A smartphone app, available for both iOS and Android, is also provided. The cost is not excessive and is, in fact, rather low. There are Gannt charts and other reports included as well. A convenient calendar is included as well. Integrations with Zoho Docs and Zoho Sheets are included as well.
