What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prior to Zoho Sign, I was worried about the security of our documents but it's resolved this issue now. For all of my documents, I used only Zoho Sign. It was an incredibly simple web app to set up and utilize. The website's user interface is really simple, clear, and simple to use. The workflow mechanism offered for document signing is relatively simple to set up and comprehend.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some issues annoy me so I must purchase API credits separately to resolve them. Clicking on the signature boxes might occasionally be challenging as well and because of these issues, I'm looking for upgrades that resolve these problems for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I love that it is extremely simple for both the team and linked parties who need to sign documents. Getting documents digitally signed is a very simple process that is straightforward to follow and navigate. If you want to give them a try, I must say have it.

What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?

There are three options for adding our signature: drawing, typing, or uploading in Zoho Sign that make it my favorite, lovely, and unique in the Marketplace. I can sign my contracts and documents whatever I want with Zoho. My entire sales team heavily relies on it, and it has always been lucrative for us because it freed us from time-consuming tasks and enabled us to devote more time to crucial tasks so we can close more deals in less time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We may scan and upload our agreements and contracts, digitally sign them using our PC or cell phones, and then transmit them to other people using this incredibly efficient and handier electronic signature program. The software supports all document formats. With the help of Zoho Sign, we can quickly add our digital signature to a variety of document file types, including Word, Excel, and PDF.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is challenging to sort through the overwhelming number of records in the action history section of this system without clicking on each one to view more information. A while back, restrictions on API credit facilities were implemented. It's not a big deal, but occasionally it can be bothersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Electronic signatures app had done away with the requirement for paper records to be printed off, making it much simpler for businesses to sign, transmit, and handle all of their papers electronically from any location and on any device. If a business is thinking about purchasing e-signing software, it must go through it.

What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?

I consider that all electronic signature tools are pretty much the same. On the other hand the cost of Zoho Sign is really low compared to its competitors! For us it cost us nothing because we already had Zoho One!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Relatively simple to use and inexpensive. For users of other Zoho functions it integrates with tools like Zoho Books or Zoho CRM for example.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Functionality a little less advanced than others. And I'm not sure because I didn't have the opportunity to push the use to the maximum.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you already have Zoho solutions, you may already have it without knowing it! For the others, take the test!
