As a cloud-based platform, Zoho Sign has made agreements easier and faster. Now, we can send the document to the client by providing the organization's email address. Our contracts and document formats are automatically saved on the application, which we can easily access in the folders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration of documents and customization of templates is our favorite feature of this product. This tool has made contract management effective by integrating with other cloud-storage applications like one drive, Dropbox, and googleDrive. Zoho Sign also works directly on Microsoft teams and Gmail. Moreover, we can customize every template and contract without any limitations. The customization feature proved to be a great deal in contract agreements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Another problem we have noticed in the tool is its deployment difficulty. It took us months to fully install this technology in our business. Additionally, we couldn't sign the documents on the email, so we had to download them first and then re-upload them on the Zoho Sign app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to get the most out of the software by using it on as many platforms as possible. This feature is exclusively available to the Zoho Sign software. We can use the tool on various media, including the web, Android, iOS, and more. Zoho Sign works well and has supportive applications for all platforms.

Zoho Sign was the only software that easily meets our business needs. The main valuable point is the integration that the tool offers to us. The app integrates with Google Drive and is easily accessible by cloud storage providers. It also includes a built-in document viewer that allows users to review all papers before signing them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like each and everything about the tool; mentioning one is quite difficult. I love its security, availability, performance, UI, and lots of built-in templates. It eliminated the need for a fax machine. Zoho Sign is the simplest solution that can be used by anyone in our organization that boosts the confidence of all our employees. By using it we received great ROI by closing more deals in less time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Firstly, what I dislike the least is that I am unable to keep documents in Zoho Sign, such as templates that I may alter and send to my clients for signature directly from Zoho Sign. Secondly, I honestly believe that it should be a supplement to other Zoho applications and that if they charge for it, it is a reasonable and affordable fee, with the added benefit of multi-users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Sign is the greatest software for signing papers from any location. It allows you to close deals with international clients in less time. The tool's user interface is simple to use, and it also provides great data security, which is the primary difficulty I encountered while using other similar applications.

I overall love Zoho, Zoho Sign offers a user interface that is simple to grasp, and it also integrates with Google Drive. With Zoho Sign, securely signing and emailing documents is also a breeze. A high level of security is the best thing that takes it up in the technology world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For my clients and me, Zoho Sign makes it simple, quick, and safe to set up and start our coaching relationship. It is useful since it combines with other Zoho products. I like how simple it is to design intuitive and user-friendly templates. This program has made putting together documents and customizing requirements a breeze.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, I have had no problems using Zoho Sign's electronic signature capture and document management features. I can't have someone sign an electronic document in front of me, I'm waiting for this functionality to be implemented before I can incorporate it into our procedure.

You should give it a try if you wish to sign documents from any location without sacrificing data confidentiality. I support Zoho Sign because it provides excellent and valuable capabilities for signing papers electronically, saving us money, paper, and most importantly, time.
