What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
When we started our company we did not think we would need a business manager like Zoho Social, thanks to its software focused on helping to solve business problems we have had more growth and order in our company. Thanks to the publishing calendar and the massive scheduler we have had essential tools to optimize profitability and consistency in our company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The monitoring capability is an excellent advantage as it allows you to keep track of relevant and timely social conversations to respond effectively. It is very easy to program on all platforms helping you to monitor comments and interact with all users thanks to its excellent software, the integration capability allows us to use other media to be able to edit. It allows us to choose good leaders and know who is committed to their work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In general terms the platform is handled quite well, evaluating it from current issues could be highlighted that it has few emojis which limits a little communication with the public, sometimes it can be delayed a little, but it is certainly something that can be updated, it could be achieved that the issue of integration with other platforms in social networks to achieve more optimal content depending on the need that requires the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In terms of design is a very good tool, a good intuitive product and ease of use, allows you to keep track of the growth of your brand managing to control it and allowing your team to collaborate constantly without problem. You can save a lot of problems, managing with excellent ease all your networks, saving time is to get more out of your options and possibilities and Zoho Social gives them to you.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
It is really helpful to have the text search function within Zoho Docs to find a specific keyword when I'm trying to search for a particular keyword within the document I'm working on. The process of adding records, organizing them into folders, adding them to workspaces, sharing them with others, and adding tasks was all very straightforward.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been using Zoho Apps for a while now and am very satisfied with their efforts. The application works perfectly with the automation of the other components of the system. Sharing documents within one CRM is a great feature for me. This has saved my team and me a lot of time and stress. It is very simple to prepare and download all kinds of formats.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A lot of improvements are needed to the mobile version; there are a lot of areas that need to be improved for mobile users. Sometimes, the documents in my phone and my computer folder must be properly synchronized. The sync will only begin to work again after I manually refresh it, and only then will it start to synchronize again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Among the best tools you can use to protect all the data you securely keep in your organization is this one, as it is registered in the cloud. This is a great tool for collaboration, as you can see all changes in real-time as they are being made. There are a lot of features in Docs and Sheets.
