What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

It's a great app that lets us make posts, use the media library, make a content calendar, schedule articles, and check metrics on a dashboard, making it stand out from other programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Zoho Social and the Zoho Social App, I can instantly update our social media profiles and join in on trending online conversations. It's simple to include into my regular, non-social media-related routine, which helps me make better use of my time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, it only suggests generic handles and does not take into account your contacts on LinkedIn when doing so. The Instagram app's personalization options and emoji selection could both need some expansion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What I recommend is The capabilities of Zoho Social are many. Our favorite and most often used features include the ability to schedule posts in advance, monitor global trends, update Twitter quickly, and view comprehensive reports. Zoho Social has been a fantastic tool for us.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

We were hoping for a tool that would allow us to publish straight to Instagram, and this would be perfect. As team members may schedule their own updates, there is no need for someone to be "sitting on watch" with the mobile app at all times. Zoho Social's internal team communication and discussion features facilitate instant, one-on-one conversations amongst team members in response to specific posts. Schedules and discussions about drafts may be place in one convenient location.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In general, I've been pleased with how Zoho works. This is a simplified, easy-to-navigate, well-written, and informative experience. In my opinion, it's a fantastic choice for those who need to maintain many social media identities and are responsible for their upkeep.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More social media platforms should be supported, as this is the key area for development in this program. It already integrates with the majority of popular platforms, but with the proliferation of social media sites, I think it would be a good idea to broaden support to include other channels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To keep your social media plans on track and your material organized across several brands, Zoho Social is an excellent choice for small businesses. The time required to become proficient with Zoho Social is minimal. Setting up our profiles and getting started with content scheduling was a breeze. There is a lot of thought put into making the interface simple and straightforward.
