What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom Phone comes at a lower price bearing in mind the services that you receive from the product compared to most of other similar products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how Zoom Phone has high quality videos during video calls. It gives an allowance of many people per conference hence one does not have to conduct several similar meetings due to participant limitation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only problem is that you need to have a strong and reliable internet to use Zoom Phone.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoom Phone to anyone in whichever field and has to communicate with clients, colleagues or team-mates to try use. It has several features that support various forms of communications and is also effective for recording calls.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Its market share and userbase are one of the largest among video conferencing apps and software which makes it easier for a user to implement it on a large scale in an organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a clean and simple UX design which makes it easier for any user to use it and implement it in an organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The meeting ends after 45 minutes on a free license without any warning or timer. This makes it very difficult to keep track of the remaining time, interrupting the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try Apache OpenMeetings first, it has a whiteboard feature which is really useful if you want to explain or present something but setting it up is very difficult.
