What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
A tool that allows professionals to expand functions that improve their development capabilities through more direct and digital communications, it has capabilities that differentiate it from others, such as allowing campaigns to be created even from its platform, with a whiteboard virtual and a contact center that unifies them all
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because in recent years the tool has developed the most advanced conversation systems, understanding how new professionals communicate, it also has a telephone as well as allowing teams to work without problems, being much more than just a communication tool conferences

I don't have any problem, it is a tool that is constantly being developed, understanding what professionals require

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The overall performance, i.e. HD Audio- & Video Quality with Concurrent Smooth Tool Transmission, is what I like best. As a result, using other features will be very pleasant. Included are things like cutting up your own screen, taking notes during meetings, conducting live polls, and more. Large meetings with close to 100 attendees go off without a hitch. The process of setting up appointments that should be held via Zoom is quick and simple. One glance will reveal whether the colleague is currently zooming in or is waiting for a meeting.User management, administration, and operation simplicity in the web interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since I work in IT account management, I frequently run into the issue of customers being unable to follow me during conversations about KPI performance. In order to solve this issue, I will zoom in and share my screen. I kind of hold my clients in my hands and show them my browser right on their screen along with the available performance data. This has proven to be satisfactory for my clients as they feel better supported and are able to communicate more constructively with me about the campaign's development.Large meetings in the workplace, including ones with clients, are easily attainable. All employees are in the home office.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I see no immediate benefits from using the tools. What bothers me more is the vagueness of the privacy complaints. Since the beginning of the year, there has been widespread criticism regarding the fact that Zoom provided data to third parties without asking for permission and that certain features of the tool, such as the ability to control participant attention without asking first, constitute an invasion of the user's privacy. There is still room for improvement on the part of the tool provider with regard to the tool's features and transparent communication or clarification. Unfortunately, privacy concerns still exist.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is readily available and usable for outside parties without a lot of documentation within the team.The conversation can begin over the phone, on a microphone with or without a camera. Additionally, the quality is guaranteed whether using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The video capture with screen sharing, which I frequently use to record on-demand webinars, is what I like best because it has good quality and a measurable file size. We use Zoom to create location-independent team communication, as well as for customer meetings or on-demand webinars. So, the team can create a daily or, if working from home,complex conversations
