Easy to use. And very user friendly. I like its user interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it’s user interface and position for icons when I share screen.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes you have to update it right before the meeting.

Use it on mobile app and desktop together. It syncs easily.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
Some of its features are very unique and I haven't seen them in other similar tools available like MS teams and Google meet etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Breakout rooms, annotateting to help direct others while screen sharing, hide the panel while screen sharing, consumes very less internet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't support communication over chat or text messages unless you are in a meeting mode. Plus it's a costly to implement for small to medium enterprises.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
High end video sharing and conferencing tool with state of the art functionality and features.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
For me the simplicity of zoom and it's user friendly interface is the thing which differenciates it from other similar products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect about zoom is that it can easily handle large meeting without compromising audio and video quality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the only thing i dislike about zoom is that its whiteboard feature lags sometime and hinder the focus of attendes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is powerful meeting apps with great security features like waiting rooms, meeting passwords etc.. i recommend to familiarise yourself with them
