Zoom is user friendly than other similar products. Easy to present screen, effective in group meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

integration with other Apps such as Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the Mic and camera caused issues in VDI environment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work more on VDI solutions.

it has name/brand recognition

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it;'s predictable, I like the function of using different break out rooms for a large group training and being able to assign folks to each break out group.

What do you dislike most about this product?

last time I recorded a call after it ended, it seemed to be not as user friendly as other competitors' record functions
