It led the revolution of videoconferencing

Does not integrate well with files, outlook, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use teams instead. But if you're a small business it would make more sense as it is cost effective.

Breakout rooms, local and cloud recording capability, more versatile layout options for seeing participants, screen sharing controls

Breakout rooms for small group work
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing structure - cost prohibitive at a campuswide level for us (we use G Suite for education and have ended up adding enterprise licenses at 4/mo for the same recording features that zoom charged 15/mo for)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Best platform for functionality but is weaker on third-party integration, particularly with G Suite
