What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
Zoom innovates very often to bring industry first features to its users and has a vast group of features unlike its competitors. It is more oriented towards businesses / organizations and the qualtiy of its VoIp is impressing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The video calling part which works efficiently even in low network and saves data when in limited data plan.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI is way too bland and needs to be updated to the perspective of newer generations. Also there could be improvement for video quality of call.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There's a lot of competition in the video conferencing tools and zoom stands out in it with other few. So you can just zoom it up.

Zoom provide better resolution in their video quality during meeting and also sond enhancer feature is also good in this application

I like meeting recording feature in this application and also they provide us the better vidio resolution in app at a effective price also we can reschedule the meeting with the same link I like this feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
No this application is good to go and it fulfills our requirements and provides better service

Sometime zoom takes too much time to open otherwise this application has sufficient features I will recommend this app for meetings.

Zoom is the leader in video conferencing softwear, and seems to be the most widely used product across other companies. Zoom is very easy to use and we rarely have problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use and has all the features we need to have successful calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sending and updating dial-in numbers can be difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a great product, and competitively priced. This has all the features you need in a video conferencing software and is very easy to use.
