What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
Zoom integrates precisely with 888 products from the most diverse sectors, such as collaboration, CRM, customer service, finance and education. These connectors can help to improve the Zoom experience, to give more resources for your meetings. Currently, Google Meet only offers Google workspace programmes like Drive, Chat, and Gmail utilities with no integration of third Party tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think the interface is really clear and straightforward. Various graphic options improve the visibility of your team and instantly switch to the speaker. There are few buttons and settings that can barely be confused by video conferencing. The "owner" of the meeting monitors the meeting so that it may be easily retained. You may transmit files and share your screen if you cooperate with others. These are two of the most important tasks that you need. In the chat, images and GIFs are also available. I like Zoom because on every device it can be utilised. Wide support is available for web browsers, Windows, Android and iOS.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom is a fantastic tool and I haven't found any significant zoom problem, except for a few features that the mobile app doesn't have a desktop version have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would totally suggest it, as it enables us to convey our thoughts faster by allowing us to share our pictures and pages, for anyone who needs to develop their business or for education. You can save time, and if you link it to your calendar, you will also be remembered for a meeting! Also, you may meet numerous people and view them all on the whole screen!!

Virtual backgrounds and other filters make things more fun. Walking internal and external clients through processes is allot easier with zoom

Sometimes the room codes don’t work depending on how you send them.
