What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

its easy accessible, easy to use any, one can use the zoom

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Record sessions,You can record your calls on your computer or in the cloud. We use Zoom for group calls, screen sharing, presentations, webinars. international calls, training and more. Zoom works great on any platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice to have "profiles". Both my wife and I use our Zoom account. It would be great to be able to click a button and switch between our display names.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make it cheaper.

Easy to use and great security anywhere in the world!

I really like being able to have our customers screen their screen to aid in issues they are experiencing!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike but the pricing is a little expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to give demos or help your customer with issues, then this is a must-have!

Easy to use and configure. A good mix of features that will help to have a great experience with internal and external remote meetings,

Good performance under meetings with a big group of guests. Capability to separate in groups, push surveys, record, and handle privacy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You get a lot of features, sometimes is not that easy to find the configuration that you are looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a good set of future to manage big meetings in the best way, this tool would be a great fit.
