What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
Zoom has a great feature that's useful for my business -- the ability to record meetings. I interview people for various projects, and having that is essential to me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ease of use and the ability to define security measures.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that I can't customize my dashboard or my view to any great extent. It's pretty limited in what views you can have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at whether a free program might give you the same features and more customization than Zoom can.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
What's great about zoom is that the user portal is local to the machine using it. there isn't a website portal you must first access to begin a meeting. The user interface is more intuitive and easier to learn for technology challenged coworkers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to teach coworkers, who are not technology proficient, to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It may be due to the amount of new users and lack of infrastructure, but conferences tend to drop out. Sometimes video and or audio quality is poor, despite new and high quality hardware, and a stable high speed internet connection. When several users are in conference there is an issue with screen sharing locking up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure that you have current and good to best quality video and audio hardware. Ensure that you have a stable and high speed internet connection. teach each individual user, one on one, how to use the software.
