Widely used so it will appear familiar to most people most of the time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think the user displays and screen sharing are intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like most everything - it is the individual camera that bothers me, and I'l like to see an innovation with more of a meeting room display.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Maybe more features, but as far as typical "video conferencing", not a whole lot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The whiteboard and quick/easy ways to see my coworkers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be frustrating and confusing - the UX is not completely clear and seamless.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
See if you really need all the advanced features. And bandwidth/freezing issues are a problem.
