What differentiates Zoominfo OperationsOS from other similar products?
Unlike the competition, Ringlead is more than just a data management platform, it’s a data orchestration platform. The simple best feature about it is the fact that it’s entirely cloud based. Competition needs to catch up to this. They are the only platform that can do live deduplication even before you are saving the records, dedupe them on mass scale, and also be the “app store” for data enrichment. The fact that they allow you to pick data vendors and simply pull information from them makes the platform worth it alone. Typically, companies stick to one data vendor and constantly struggle to understand why they don’t get enough details.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The overall capabilities of the platform, the fact that it can handle data deduplication, and enrichment at the same time. The other part that’s super helpful is the fact that it’s all cloud based, so for anyone not running Windows, this will be the go to platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The breadth of capabilities comes at a price (not the actual cost). Just like Salesforce, Ringlead’s platform is very capable and can be fine tuned in so many ways. This can create confusion and provide unexpected results. However, once someone is well versed in this platform, the value you get is priceless. This tool will save you lots of time and money long-term.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don’t try to rush this, pay for the more advanced guidance/help from Ringlead, it will be worth it. While most people can figure out the majority of the platform, having Ringlead’s team guide you through it and all the tweaks you might be making will be extremely helpful because your data deduplication and enrichment will become very precise.
