What differentiates Zoominfo OperationsOS from other similar products?
The deduplication rule set was very specific to fit our needs. From there we were able to implement a list import process that fit our territory assignments
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The list import functionality was great. I used it every day
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface looks old
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend getting your team involved as early in the implementation process as possible. Ringlead's team did a great job setting up meetings and making sure we knew how to fit this tool into our use case.

What differentiates Zoominfo OperationsOS from other similar products?
I find RingLead very easy to use. The interface is intuitive, the capabilities are all that I need, and the onboarding support was a great experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use, and the full extent of options available to cleanse and manage Salesforce data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It used to be even easier to use - but I've learned to appreciate the new interface, and all of the additional functionality that comes with it. I've been a customer for several years now, and have found that the sales team was very flexible based on the repeated times I've brought RingLead into new companies. I'm not sure how much the new owners will affect pricing and flexibility.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've never been disappointed with RingLead, and haven't found a need to explore alternatives.
