What differentiates Zoominfo OperationsOS from other similar products?
How it integrates natively with CRM and how easy to access all the data in real time. The deduplication feature works the best among all other features which clearly differentiates them from other vendors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
super light weight and ability to add-on other tools that helps with the enrichment and routing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Getting used to the UI takes some effort and would be nice if it is made easier
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a very good product for data analysis and cleansing. You have nice video tutorials for the product that you can make use of. Once you get the hang of it, you will enjoy working with the tool as it is very robust. The customer support is very accessible and they help you with the most part. Overall this is a tool worth investing.

They're a trusted brand in the space and hence they offer reliable business solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to customise the deduplication rules.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's been a while since using it, but the UI was the poorest aspect of the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have at least two people dedicated to learn and manage the use of the tool, and ensure your processes are documented. This is one of those tools that if the knowhow disappears, it can be tricky for an organisation to pick up where the last person left off.
