What is Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange?
As cyberattacks become more sophisticated and users work from anywhere, the hub-and-spoke networks and perimeter security we once relied on—VPNs and firewalls—fail to provide strong cyber and data protection and deliver poor user experience. Stretching your network like this enables cybercriminals to attack and compromise sensitive data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1] Their unique set of Features as well as this tool is like specifically designed for Security Analysts and Internal Adminstrators. who report to CISOs. As the Service Providers we have got feedback from the Clients that they like this product for Security Service Edge Products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1] They do not have a single centralized product. it would help if there was a single centralized Solution for the Security Features such as SWG, ZTNA, CASB, DLP, CSPM etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
1] if you have a considerable budget and high money then you must definitely buy this product as well as don't forget to ask for their Partner Portal access for the Training and Learning purposes.

I feel secure using ZScaler
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange from other similar products?
That is super secure and allows you to customize different security layers. If you are a salesperson or an IT person, you can have secure access depending on your daily duties without having a concern that your data is insecure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the fact of how quickly you can connect to ZScaler and have a secure session.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you start using it, it's not intuitive, you will need help from the security team, but once you know how to handle it, you will work fine with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be aware that the product works pretty well, but your security team is responsible for setting up correctly every security policy. If your security team does a bad job on that, you can't blame ZScaler for that. So the best advice > plan on a good implementation
