In that time, Gord leveraged his IT and business experience to develop Info-Tech's practical, tactical, and value-oriented research product to the benefit of our members' organizations. Prior to Info-Tech, Gord was an IT consultant for many years with a focus on business analysis, software development, technical architecture, and project management. His background of educational game software development, and later, insurance industry application development gave him a well-rounded foundation in many IT topics. Gord prides himself on bringing order out of chaos and his customer-first, early value agile philosophy keeps him focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

George has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, crypto, technology, media, retail, and construction. In his CxO roles, he excelled at leading and motivating product, technology, sales, and marketing teams to achieve scale. In addition, George serves as a trusted advisor to boards and leadership teams. He has a talent for providing scalable solutions that drive growth, change, and continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing the end-user experience.

With 25+ years of experience across IT, InfoSec, and Data Privacy, Aaron currently leads the development efforts and advisory delivery of Info-Tech’s IT research, with a specific focus on key areas such as Exponential IT, security & privacy, infrastructure & operations, and IT workforce development programs. Before joining Info-Tech, Aaron led the GDPR compliance efforts of a large multinational enterprise with over 80 locations spanning 24 countries. Prior to that, Aaron supported the growth of a multinational technology integration company as its global head of IT and InfoSec.

Alan Neal is the Division President of SoftwareReviews, Info-Tech’s vendor evaluation, research, and advisory division. He’s responsible for managing the SoftwareReviews commercial and vendor partnerships team and building the organization’s growth strategy. Alan joined Info-Tech in 2013, and prior to SoftwareReviews he was the VP of Workshops at Info-Tech. In this role, he was responsible for building and scaling Info-Tech’s workshop program, including supporting and developing the sales staff, building out marketing and promotional materials, managing operations, and ensuring delivery quality. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a bachelor’s in Biology (BSc) from Western University.

Andy serves as the Vice President of Global Services and Chief Architect at Info-Tech Research Group, specializing in architecture and data. He has assisted global organizations in advancing their enterprise architecture and chief data office practices and has managed data and architecture departments at Siemens Consulting, UK NHS, BBC, UK Parliament, and Loblaw Companies Limited. Andy was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto for ten years, teaching enterprise architecture, and he established the Technical Counselor program at Info-Tech. Previously, he led the Enterprise Architecture & Data and Analytics research and advisory divisions. Currently, he works with prominent members on their strategic IT projects.

Hans Eckman is a business transformation leader helping organizations connect business strategy and innovation to operational excellence. He supports Info-Tech members in SDLC optimization, Agile and DevOps implementation, CoE/CoP creation, innovation program development, application delivery, and leadership development. Hans is based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Hans served as Group Vice President at SunTrust Bank where he helped develop programs and products that drove innovation, process improvement, and quality team engagement across the enterprise. Hans helped SunTrust establish three different Centers of Excellence, built a Security Services delivery team, created a RSA Archer GRC SaaS team, grew the IT intern program, and helped modernize their online banking platform and interface. At Blueprint Software Solutions, Hans helped productize their professional services offerings, created a Blueprint Practice (SaaS) operational playbook for clients, and worked with clients to implement Centers of Excellence and Communities of Practice. Prior to that, he spent most of his career working for business and technology consulting companies serving a wide diversity of clients and industries. Hans is a keynote speaker and shares his life simplification tips at conferences in the United States and Canada.

Jeremy Roberts is a Senior Workshop Director at Info-Tech Research Group. He leads engagements on topics as diverse as cloud and core infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and end user computing. When he’s not working directly with members, he’s sharing his thoughts with the media, delivering keynote presentations, and working with colleagues to build Info-Tech's research. Roberts has worked at Info-Tech since 2016 in a variety of roles and holds BA and PhD degrees from the University of Western Ontario, and an MSc from the University of Oxford.
