This phase of the blueprint will help you understand the importance of developing an enterprise application Center of Excellence (CoE), define its scope, and identify key stakeholders. It will also introduce Info-Tech’s CoE Operating Model and the four defining elements. The operating model can be used to assess existing CoE capability and determine a path to a minimally-viable CoE.
This phase will take you through the following activities:
- Structure the project.
- Assess your current state CoE capability.
