SharePoint for ECM Planning Tool

Use this tool as a checklist with all the focus areas (e.g. governance, information architecture, migration, change management) and the detailed work items for each area – all the possible activities that may be included in the project plan for building an ECM service in SharePoint. Planners can add alongside each work area who is responsible, what state it's in now, estimated time to launch, and how important it is for the overall project.
