What differentiates 365Talents Talent Experience Platform from other similar products?
One of the best software tools for the human resources department is 365Talents; saving time and effort substantially streamlines the management team's work and provides team members more time to concentrate on other duties. Any employee can create a profile and add talents on the cutting-edge platform known as 365Talents with relative ease.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are many qualities that I find appealing, but two in particular. It simplifies the hiring process and the laborious task of managing human resources. As a result, the HR division runs effectively and successfully. This tool engages workers and motivates them to think about their careers without relying on HR. 365Talents is one of the few providers who genuinely make an effort to compile and enhance skills matrices, and it provides helpful assistance in system deployment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The management of the creative platform is excellent. I like how it places employees at the heart of the HR process and assists them in identifying and developing their abilities. The system's CV extract, however, needs to meet our requirements. Complete SaaS platform with structured data sets and additional training requirements. In translation, reduced attributes are not available. Currency conversion is not possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They are the only service provider attempting to compile a robust skill matrix. Additionally, its deployment proceeds swiftly. 365 Talents is a handy tool. I have the chance to access the skills of our employees reasonably since I'm not overwhelmed by the volume of data linked with the use of AI. Additionally, it helps us find a solution to our internal mobility problem.

What differentiates 365Talents Talent Experience Platform from other similar products?
They are presumably one of the only service providers attempting to compile and enhance talent matrices. These AI tools are currently the most precise ones I've used. Despite a lot of work, they are the most cutting-edge compared to overseas competitors, including HRIS, and the best breed of tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
365Talents is the most open and responsive system and is the best at addressing HR-related problems. Additionally, its products are easy to use and readily modified to meet the expectations of each business. Imagine that you want to collaborate with a team that is very approachable and that you are always eager to help and explain. Receiving this much assistance is remarkable, especially for many essential and unique subjects that need tenacity and education.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A more customizable activity description popup would be preferable. It is also possible to perform duplicate control more sophisticatedly. Although nothing has been revealed so far, the answers are genuine and have the potential to alter many matters that they need to explain significantly adequately. It's not ideal that the software can occasionally get a little sluggish.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent Microsoft solution that uses roles-based identity and access control to provide the business with top-notch data. Employees can better establish and advance their careers and abilities by better understanding essential information and recommendations based on that knowledge. We could more effectively manage our internal talent pool thanks to their talents and job streams.
