Oracle brings together its Experience Cloud platform with marketing solutions from Oracle CX. Thus, it offers its services such as social media, call center, mobile and store contact points as a single main backbone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle, whose main focus is customer satisfaction and social communication management; With a less costly price than Salesforce, it may be more suitable for your business and your business budget. On the other hand, the dominance and growth rate of Salesforce in world markets should be considered. Whether Oracle can respond as accurately as Salesforce to major market fluctuations and movements in worldwide trade remains a big question mark.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ENTERPRISE EDITION - This version has no processor, size, or data limitations. It includes all components of the Oracle Database and is quite expensive. This version is generally preferred by companies that need very high security or produce very important software and need high performance.
