What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
The extensive and relevant set if lead management rules help assign the leads to the right team and at the right time (when they churn to SQLs)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The analytics dashboard is extensive with good customisation options and the support team is excellent in walking you through any technical or functional issues. I have been able to use the platform more efficiently with help from the support team and their extensive knowledge base.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It sufficed to our requirements and since we were a small organisation, Act-on was able to manage most of our digital requirements with its breath of features
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its simple to deploy and use. Just ensure that you have your objectives defined which should match with the platforms capabilities

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
It has played a major role in our sales because of the great connection we have with customers. It's a great marketing tool and one of the most comprehensive we've seen, so I can safely say we made the right choice.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Act-On has changed, innovated and optimized our email marketing work efficiently. I love the tool as a whole, it is intuitive, easy to use and has excellent functionalities and integrations that make our work and communication with our customers easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is one of the best tools I have seen, however it still has some room for improvement, on the one hand the loading times should be faster and on the other hand, updating the interface, making some improvements could come in handy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It offers us optimal functionalities to take better advantage of email marketing, organize our customer funnel and have an active communication and meaningful connection with customers. In such a way, it has helped us to improve our relationship with our customers, optimize our campaigns and make them increasingly meaningful and profitable, have resources and integrations that improve our overall work and much more. Definitely, its use benefits our growing organization.
