Great product with great and constant improvements

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
The product makes constant improvements based on customer feedback. The Act-on team is willing to help their customers grow and smooth their mkt ops
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very structured, user-friendly and recent push of product improvement just made me like it even more
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some functionalities are not of the best UX but it seems the team is updating it and make it more and more intuitive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very good alternative to costy tools out in the market. Although Act-on is not that popular is a very powerful tool with same functionalities as their competitors.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Act-on was the right decision for our membership-based association. It integrated seamlessly with our database (seriously!) and allowed us to meet our business goals that we outlined in our RFP.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create segments within Act-on that linked to our database was incredibly helpful. I was able to create targeted email list that included keywords, various member record fields, previous actions (form downloads, signups), etc. It allowed my team to efficiently segment our communications and as a result, we reduced the number of emails our members received while increasing our engagement metrics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not so much a dislike about the product, but there were some features of the program that we were not aware of until we renewed our contract, and would have been incredibly helpful prior. So that was a little frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think Act-on is a great choice for organizations that are looking for a platform that can integrate with their database and can segment communications, track engagement, and learn more about your audience.
