It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Easy To Use UI and Great Support
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Adobe Commerce from other similar products?
Adobe Commerce Cloud simply offers a robust yet simplistic (to use) product in order for effectively sell products online without all of the major customization headaches. We love the wide use of features and simple UI.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our favorite aspect is it's easy to implement and train internal users, and the UI is easy enough to continue to work with long-term without constantly having to retrain users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see a bit more customization when it comes to shipping weights (when bundling for discounts), but we've found a few work-arounds since.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Always do your homework. There's a bunch of e-commerce platforms available on the market. This, however, seems to be the best fit for us. Go through the work of doing a "process tree" to isolate and uncover all needs on an e-commerce platform, and then compare that to the features offered, as well as the ease-of-use in the UI.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Saves Time
- Transparent
Cons
- Vendor Friendly Policies
- Vendor's Interest First

Bloated and Complicated E-Commerce System
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Adobe Commerce from other similar products?
We used Magento for a very short time as our main E-Commerce platform. Overall, the system was very difficult to learn and train from both a sales and coding/tech perspective. Integrations and upgrades weren't exactly easy, and worst of all specific customizations of the platform to meet our business needs became a nightmare. The file structure is really weird, and we practically lost our minds trying to find all of the PHP hooks in the code (where they were coming from). We tried reading manuals, but at the end of the day we left the system because we needed the ability to customize the e-commerce platform to specially meet our needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Honestly - the simplicity of how the products were laid out. That's about it. The orders were similar, but very basic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
How convoluted the file structure and hooks were. It became a nightmare to customize - especially when it was time for the quarterly upgrades.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest either using SPS Commerce, Wordpress, Shopify, or literally just building your own e-commerce platform.
Pros
- Transparent
- Client Friendly Policies
- Fair
- Trustworthy
Cons
- Less Effective Service
- Less Productive
- Commodity Features
