One of, if not the most configurable CLM product

What differentiates Agiloft CLM Suite from other similar products?
The breadth of functionality of the Power User interface are second to none in my opinion. The system is so configurable. We had a list of 100 things that our previous CLM solution couldn't do and Agiloft scored out-scored all the others for the functionalities we were looking for. We built a self-service user portal and implemented our Global Contracting Policy rules so that contract requests are sent for review to the correct Legal team according to the assignment rules table that was created.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fully relational database. You can link records from different tables together and display the data whichever way you decide to attack it
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have been disappointed so for with their AI functionality. I think we expected the solution to ‘index’ or categorise the clauses in each contract automatically. They have delivered an AI trainer module so that we can start training the AI on our clause language but that seems a way of pushing the topic back into the hands of their customers. We don’t have the time to manually tag all the clauses in our existing contracts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're searching for a highly configurable system, the best-in-class relational database, easy mass import and mass update functionalities and an exceptional implementation team, look no further than Agiloft.
