What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple to use, responsive customer service chatbots who really care about helping me solve problems, and a social inbox that lets me read messages from several social networks in one place make it a great choice for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Social media search tools are restricted to keywords and categories and need an additional subscription, making it prohibitively expensive for small businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the free edition first to see whether it satisfies your needs as a growing business before investing in a subscription, even though the tool's functionality is excellent to me personally.
