Although Agorapulse is very easy to use, reporting features are lacking, especially in the cheaper subscriptions. Users may want more extensive analysis. Another major issue is that scheduled posts cannot be exported for sharing with the client.

I really like how you can make one post for many platforms and then customize each one to your liking. This is really practical and efficient. Additionally, the reporting is quite robust, which facilitates the quick and easy communication of critical information to our clients. I really enjoy that we can make our own labels to keep tabs on post themes and subjects and see what gets the most engagement. The user-friendliness and intuitive design of Agorapulse make it my go-to program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One Problem I've encountered is that when different companies tag our clients on Facebook, the listening function sometimes has unconnected links. Even if I get an error message saying "content unavailable" when I click "view on Facebook," I can still go to the page where I can look for the material by going straight to it. In general, it was only a small hitch. In a perfect world, there would be a method to organize competitions and giveaways on social media. I thought this was an old feature; seeing it again would be great!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I spend all of my time in one place every morning, so it greatly streamlines my process. The fact that some social media platforms make it hard to view everything is undeniable, but it's hardly a dealbreaker. Minor issues do arise during implementation, however customer support is top-notch.
