What differentiates Applied TAM from other similar products?

It's just a lesser, older version of Epic and Applied as a whole is not as good as EZ Lynx but they have purchased EZ Lynx so I suspect things to change.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It does make it easier to manage clients

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of intuitiveness

Go with EZ Lynx instead

What differentiates Applied TAM from other similar products?

The way you are able to attach documents to the individual file is preferred over any other product I have used in the past

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The activity log feature with codes and time stamps makes it easy to diversify and/or locate specific entries in a timely manor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not intuitive at all! Searching for clients can be difficult and cumbersome

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn about all the features. I was not trained efficiently and over the years I picked up so many things the system could do that I was unaware of.
