What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu has the contact management in the cloud and has the ability to integrate with Google drive to sync our contacts from the drive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the schedule rules of the software to schedule when to send the SMS and also fair pricing on SMS

What do you dislike most about this product?

SMS builder tool for templates needs to be improved and the API often can be restricted to work which makes sending SMS through the API kinder restricted

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use the API to send the SMS and works better for me

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

BULK SMS sending feature is super-fast and does deliver messages instantly. Exporting contact list is also enabled at no extra cost

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the scalability of the solution and the good customer service that support team provides, scheduling the SMS and automating the solution to send SMS through the API

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would appreciate if they do provide more SDK to support more programming languages to support sending the SMS through an API

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is affordable to use and very scalable to use the solution

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu has a very seek Natural user interface which is clean and easier to navigate around, you can withdraw your credits anytime in case you do not use them

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the SMS preview feature and the outbox feature for AppNomu, the outbox keeps our messages sent for more days that is 90 days and then we use the outbox feature for record keeping and training purposes and as well the preview feature is helping me to Identify errors in the text before sending

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support team can take longer time to respond to messages for technical even when they are active on live chat and pricing for the premium packages is too expensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like the SMS tool because is fast and affordable to use for businesses of all sizes
