Amazing task and project manager

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
So far, I don't know of any other project management software like this. Its characteristics being honest I do not know other software like it
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it allows assigning tasks and roles for the different people who manage a project. In addition, the complement that it has with the histogram to see how much a project has been completed allows you to graphically visualize everything, absolutely everything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As mentioned in the previous section; I would have liked this software to have a desktop application that allows synchronization and work offline. With that it earns my 10 total points, but of the rest, it is an excellent utility.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The recommendations for this product are only one: Use it, buy it without problems. It's amazing

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana has clear user access definitions, so depending on your organization, you may get different levels of access. The ability to create tasks under projects is pretty different. Many other solutions don't differentiate between the two, but Asana's way of classifying tasks and defining owners, makes it easier to manage projects or tasks that belong to you.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part of Asana is the ability to quickly see which tasks are assigned to you and which tasks you have assigned to others. There are clear due dates listed as well, but that would be better coupled with stronger notification so people know they are coming up to their deadlines.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search function, while it works, it's not the best tool out there. In fact, I don't think any product's search function work as well as expected. Another dislike is the notification. While you get daily emails, it doesn't strongly warn you of impending due dates. Also, all notification comes to your inbox, including projects you have no association on. So you get desensitized of their emails, making you miss important deadlines and tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out with your team first on doing a couple of projects first. See how people are using it, how intuitive it is, and most importantly, have executive buy-in that every project in the company will utilize Asana. Or else people will resort back to emails and spreadsheets. Also have one of their training experts walk people through their platform. While it is pretty easy to use, there are a lot of hidden functionalities that people may not know until the experts show you.
