What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
What stands out about Asana is its integrated communication system that does not depend on other external tools, so in the same suite you have a simple project management tool + internal communication service for members.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana is highly customizable, it can be adapted to the needs of different teams. Asana lets you schedule projects, share files, track time, expenses, and more. Asana is also famous for its ability to integrate with many external applications, thus being able to see everything in one place. Key tools I like: Activity feed. Automatic updates to email / inbox. Create custom calendars and views. Project sections and search views. My Tasks List and Focus Mode. Track tasks and add followers. View the tasks and priorities of team members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana may not be as robust as other platforms, but it does things, and it does them well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best of Asana is its varied functions and the wide range of integrations, which allows an easy, professional, secure and centralized management of group projects. Access to Asana is versatile and adjusts to the remote needs of users, it can be through the web or through the app, which by the way, is a tool that allows collaboration from the cell phone without any inconvenience, the app has a very good interface and is competent. Group leaders assign tasks to team members. Easy task tracking, categorization, activity relevance, reminders, notifications, deadlines and all the necessary.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The prices of the plans for larger teams are not the most attractive in the market. When the task list is long, it takes a long time to load, which is a bit clumsy for a tool like Asana. For its other functions and in general terms I am satisfied.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I fully recommend Asana as a project, task and activity manager, especially for groups. It has a free version, a good start to try this tool, if you have more demanding needs Asana has more options. I can recommend it for the security it offers to the data managed through the software and the efficiency it shows in the workflow.
